REFUNDS
I want you to be thrilled with your new piece of art, so great care has been taken to represent it as accurately as possible with regard to color and size. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and small inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Having said that, you have 10 days to contact me and request a return for original paintings. Once a return has been agreed upon, you will be responsible for careful packing, paying for, and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment, minus the shipping costs, within 14 days.
FINE ART PRINTS
Giglee prints and canvases are custom made to the size you requested, I will not be able to accept returns on these. Please carefully check the size at the time you place your order. Also remember when you frame it will add dimension to your artwork.
For example, a 9 x 12 print will have a 1” border all around it, making the actual size 11 x 14 before framing.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Your new treasure will come carefully packaged to ensure it makes it to your doorstep in pristine condition. Domestic shipping within the United States is on the house.
If shipping to Hawaii or internationally, please contact me with what you’re interested in purchasing and I will get you a quote for shipping costs before placing your order.
Giclee prints and canvases are shipped directly from my professional printmaker. She uses FedEx and will need your phone number as well as your complete address for accurate shipping. Depending on your selection, your print may come packaged in a sturdy mailing tube.
CARE
To preserve the integrity of your original painting or gallery-wrapped fine art print, lightly dust with a gentle duster to prevent scratches. Hang away from direct sunlight.
Giclee paper prints come with a 1” border making them suitable for framing. I recommend framing it under UV-coated glass for maximum protection.
PAYMENT PLANS
I would be happy to work with you on this. A 10% deposit reserves your painting and it will be shipped to you once it’s paid in full. Please contact me to work out the details.
